There are many type of yoga available out there. Yoga for overall health is very healthy and a good way to spend your time specially in aging years.

It definitely is! I got into yoga very late when I was in my late thirties. Now I am 43 years old and I still make time to do yoga atleast 4 times a week. It has changed the quality of my life so much it crazy to think about. I've been very focused on aging healthily because my family has a history of old age diseases such as dementia and diabetes. I exercises three times a week and I also eat completely organic food. I eat a bowl of porridge in the morning with some eggs on the side, it keeps me energized for the day.
